How it works, in 4 steps

Step 1: Quick chat.
You tell us about your business or your idea, your customers and what you need. For a website, it's a 20-minute chat, and we'll show you examples so you can see what's possible.

Step 2: Plan and price.
Website: pick a package, pay 50% to start and send us your photos, hours, services and logo (if you have one). Your turnaround clock starts here. Web app: we map out what it needs to do and send you a quote.

Step 3: We build it, you review it.
We build it, write the words where needed, and check everything on phones and computers. You try it out and tell us what to change.

Step 4: Launch.
Your website or app goes live. For website packages, you pay the other 50% before it goes live, on your own web address.
Questions clients ask
Do I own my website?
Yes. The web address is in your name, and the site is yours once it's paid in full.
What if I already have a web address?
No problem. We can use the one you already have.
How long does a website take?
3–14 business days, depending on the package: Starter 3–5, Business 7–10, Premium 10–14. The clock starts when we have your deposit, photos and info.
What do you need from me?
For a website: a quick 20-minute chat, your photos, your business info (hours, services, address) and the 50% deposit. We write the words for you.
Do you work with clients outside your area?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses and founders across Canada and beyond, mostly by email. The one exception is the Premium photo visit, which is in person and only in Mississauga, Ontario, where we're based.
What if I need changes later?
With a Care Plan, small changes are included: 1 a month on Starter, up to 3 a month on Business, up to 2 hours a month on Premium. Without one, later changes are $50 an hour (1-hour minimum).
What happens after the first year?
Your first year of web address is included. After that, either the Care Plan keeps everything running and renewed, or you pay one yearly fee ($49 / $99 / $149 per year for Starter / Business / Premium). If you'd rather run it yourself, choose the full handover.
How does the business email work?
Mail sent to your business address (like you@yourbusiness.ca) shows up in the inbox you already use, such as Gmail or Outlook. There's no new inbox to check and no extra login.
Can I send emails from my business address?
Not with forwarding alone. When you reply, it goes out from your usual address. To send as you@yourbusiness.ca, we can set you up with a Google Workspace mailbox. It's about $10 a month per person, paid directly to Google.
Do the business emails keep working after the first year?
Yes, at no extra charge, as long as your web address is renewed. Your Care Plan or yearly fee covers that.
How much does a custom web app cost?

How do I pay? Is there HST?
For website packages: 50% to start and 50% when your site is ready, before it goes live, by Interac e-Transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and no HST is charged.
